1. Principle
A measure must be proportionate to severity, repetition, harm and evidence. The log records the breach, date, materials, decision-maker and appeal outcome. Urgent restrictions are used where there is an immediate risk.
2. Minor breach
A listing-format error, one missed stock update or a delayed response without harm may result in a notice, a correction deadline or guidance. Repetition may lead to temporary visibility reduction or pausing the listing.
3. Material breach
Repeated cancellations, failure to meet the stated processing or delivery target, undisclosed substitution, inaccurate prices or poor-quality goods may lead to correction, restrictions on new orders, demotion, a justified reserve for related claims and compensation of documented costs within the contract and law.
4. Critical breach
Fraud, review manipulation, unlawful goods, serious rights violations, data leakage or evasion of a block may lead to immediate suspension of listings or the account, an investigation and possible termination. Any balance lawfully due is paid after necessary settlement and valid set-offs.
5. Appeal
The seller is informed of the reason and available objection channel unless immediate disclosure would obstruct an investigation or is prohibited by law. The decision is reconsidered in light of evidence submitted.
