1. Formats and labelling
Where lawful, Vardine may offer listing promotion, search or category placements, Premium placement, banners, collections, homepage placements, posts, push notifications and email campaigns. Any paid increase in visibility is labelled for buyers as “Advertisement”, “Promoted” or similar. The paid nature of placement must not be concealed.
2. Accuracy and language
The advertiser confirms the lawfulness of claims about price, discounts, origin and product characteristics, provides evidence on request and follows Armenian requirements for the language of advertising. False scarcity, fake ratings or reviews, and use of third-party trademarks, photos or personal data without a lawful basis are prohibited.
3. Rejection and payment
Vardine may request correction, refuse, suspend or remove unlawful or misleading advertising. Payment alone does not oblige Vardine to publish such material. The price and billing model—period, impression, click or placement—are disclosed in advance. Fees for services actually delivered are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If an unprovided service is cancelled because of Vardine, the remaining balance is refunded or transferred by agreement.
4. Results and statistics
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, sales, profit, impressions, clicks and organic position are not guaranteed. Forecasts are indicative. Vardine statistics exclude obvious bot traffic and invalid interactions. Advertising does not automatically improve organic ranking after a campaign ends.
5. Rights, data and liability
The advertiser grants Vardine permission to technically adapt and display materials during the campaign; Vardine will not create material new product claims without consent. Buying advertising does not grant access to users’ personal data. The advertiser compensates documented direct losses caused by unlawful information it supplied; Vardine’s own mandatory liability remains. Armenian law applies.
