1. Before order acceptance
The buyer may cancel an order before the seller accepts it using the procedure available in the interface. If a payment has already been collected for a lawfully cancelled order, it is returned to the original payment instrument subject to the payment partner’s timelines.
2. Flowers and custom orders
Cut flowers are perishable, and bouquets made to specific requirements and personalised gifts are prepared for a particular buyer. Whether a change-of-mind withdrawal or cancellation is available after production starts is determined by mandatory law and the terms disclosed at checkout. These limitations do not affect rights relating to defective goods.
3. Plants, gifts and subscriptions
Live plants and ordinary gifts are subject to the return rules appropriate to their type and condition. A subscription may be cancelled for future deliveries that have not started, under the published schedule; already prepared or delivered items are assessed separately.
4. Weddings and events
Custom wedding arrangements and event styling, including Premium services, are governed by the agreed estimate, production stages and work actually performed. Cancellation of future service and reimbursement of costs are determined by the agreement and mandatory law.
5. Delivery and complaints
If delivery fails due to the buyer’s circumstances, a further delivery may incur actual costs. A complaint about visible flower defects should be submitted promptly, preferably within two hours, with photos and the order number; this does not remove mandatory rights. Cemetery, memorial and other special destinations require accurate details, an agreed time and confirmation of handoff.
6. Resolution and dispute
Depending on the cause, remedies may include replacement, redelivery, fixing a defect, a price reduction or refund. The seller provides evidence and Vardine assists with resolution. A chargeback or dispute with a payment partner does not remove legal rights. The buyer may apply to a court or other competent body under Armenian law.
