1. Purpose
These rules describe the settlement structure. The bank and acquirer details, contractual payment model and fiscal procedure must be completed and approved before live payment acceptance. A draft policy does not mean that any payment provider is connected or enabled.
2. Order calculation
Before payment, the buyer is shown the product, seller, delivery, discount, any payment cost and total in AMD. The provider is selected and disclosed by Vardine before accepting live payments.
3. Refund, dispute and reserve
A refund is sent through the original payment instrument where legally appropriate. Chargebacks and supporting evidence are handled under the acquirer agreement and mandatory consumer law. Reserves may be applied only on a substantiated basis and within the relevant contract.
4. Fiscal documents
Before real payments are accepted, Vardine must determine who issues mandatory documents for the goods, delivery and commission and configure the corresponding lawful process.
